Purchase your gift certificate on our secure site or order by phone and we will mail it to you. Gift certificates are available for any service, product, spa package or dollar amount. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Sanctuary Spa Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificate must be presented to front desk upon check-in of your scheduled appointment.
• Your Gift Certificate ID# is required to book your appointment. 
• If you forget to bring your gift certificate to you appointment, you will be responsible for payment.
• Please note during Saturdays, Holidays, and Peak Season appointments are limited, so please book your appointment well in advance.
• Gift Certificate purchases are final sales. Cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. 
• Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen. 
• The purchaser of a gift certificate is responsible to notify the recipient of The Sanctuary Spa's Gift certificate policy. The recipient should review our cancellation policy and gift certificate policy, prior to booking.
• "No Show"  appointments  will be charged at 100% value of your scheduled appointment. 
• A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for spa packages or multiple services booked to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment.  
• A 24 -hour cancellation notice is required for ala carte services to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment.  
• Gift certificates do not expire, however if we donated a gift certificate it will have a 6 month expiration date.
• 1 year after issue date - (due to increase in products and services) gift certificates/promotional packages will be honored for purchase value only. 

• If gratuity has not been included on your gift certificate, an 18% gratuity charge will be added to your ticket upon checkout.
