Sanctuary Spa Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificate must be presented upon check-in of your scheduled appointment.
• Gift Certificates have an expiration date! Check your expiration date listed in the bottom right hand corner of the gift certificate voucher.
• Prepare in advance and schedule your appointment within 1 month of the expiration date to ensure an appointment most convenient for you.
• We are not responsible for last minute scheduling and cannot guarantee an appointment if you call within days of your expiration date.
• Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. 
• The purchaser of a gift certificate is responsible to notify the receiver of The Sanctuary Spa's Gift certificate policy.
• Please note: Saturday appointments are limited - please call at least 1 month in advance for a Saturday appointment. 
• Not showing up for your appointment without a courtesy call will null & void your gift certificate value.
• A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for spa packages or multiple services booked.
• We are not responsible for lost /stolen gift certificates. Please keep your certificate in a safe place.
